To be the best, we have to learn from the best. Quanta partners with industry experts and the experts in our own operating companies to develop practical, consumable curricula for our more than 50,000 employees. We learn from what happens on the jobsite to get the job done better every day.

Quanta Services has partnered with the Texas State University System to create a mini-mester experience for Sam Houston State University students interested in our industry. Students engage in a week-long program at Lazy Q Ranch, learning about capital and asset project management, as well as about Quanta and our role in energy infrastructure industry.
